The issue I would like to congratulate the Everfresh Stores on their lovely fresh vegetables. Their breads and bread rolls are simply the best. They are not just fresh air like so many others.
Another little pat on the back for the drop in price on long life tomatoes; bananas and cabbages. It provided a welcome relief to all the cash strapped out there. Thank you Everfresh and keep up the good work!
A brickbat to Nashua Mobile - they supplied a doctor friend of mine with a faulty cellphone and instead of replacing it they repaired it and did not issue a substitute! They finally did when he returned it a second time after they had “repaired” it. He had had it back for a few days and had to take it back again! This time they issued him with a “courtesy phone” which is about as a crappier phone you can get folks. I mean they give him a phone costing 1/10 of the phone he had on his contract! And guess what on receiving his phone back again it stopped functioning and he had to return it for the third time! Still not issuing him with a new phone they sent it in for repairs and as I write this the man has to use his crappified “courtesy” phone! ENOUGH NASHUA! - What kind of service is this hey folks. I emailed Nashua about this using their contact form on their website and to date no reply! A doctor’s cellphone is not a luxury it is a necessity Nashua! Sies man!
I’ve received email from a very irate L’oreal hair product user. This lady wanted to go blonde. She duly contacted L’oreal and they told he what products to buy and what to do. They explained to her that he rhair would be orange in colour and she would need a further package of colour to bring that to a more acceptable colour.
She duly set about following the instructions to the letter and guess what - she landed up with a beautiful head of orange hair! As it was a weekend she had to frantically organise with a salon to fix her hair for her on the Sunday so she could look respectable for work. It cost her R1000 for her troubles. L’oreal customer service were excellent in their response and were very apologetic - but my dears not good enough! Refund the ladies money - after all She’s worth it!
Till next time Aunty Emily
