Dear Dr Beep
I have been using Microsoft Outlook Express now for many years. I recently upgraded my computer and operating system to Windows XP Home Edition. I was delighted with everything and was running Outlook without any problems until yesterday! Whatever I do I cannot get Outlook to print my email! I have tried options etc. But nothing helps! Searched the confusing Microsoft website for help but I get lost there. What must I do? HELP!
This is the error message:
Line: 1344
Char: 1
Error: Unspecified error
Code: 0
URL: res//C:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg
Rick, Eshowe.
Dear Rick
We have all come across this problem at one point or another! Its one of those mysteries but it is most likely caused by corruption of system files of some sort. The solution is simply to goto your START menu (click on START) click on RUN and then type regsvr32 ole32.dll and click on OK. If the registration is successful, you should be able to print. If not consult these EXCELLENT tips on Microsoft Outlook Express at this website: http://www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx from the excellent website on Outlook:
