MYNAH GRIPES
I read Durbs last issue and loved it bar the person who wrote into Durbs Soapbox - Hallelujah Mynah - Happy Commuter. Well, I have to say that this person must be living on another planet! I mean I do not know if he or she has used the Mynah Bus lately - but it is shocking! I travel various routes and they all have one thing in common: arriving late or not at all! We had to stand for more than and hour and a half last week waiting for the bus! What about the old folk and children! Its shocking. This is the only alternative for right thinking commuters who value the idea that in the event of an accident on a Mynah, you would at least get some sort of compensation. I love the Mynah bus service but feel that the whole service needs a revamp - because it is simply unacceptable at present.

SO DON'T JUST PASS BY THAT PENNY
WHEN YOU'RE FEELING BLUE.
IT MAY BE A PENNY FROM HEAVEN,
THAT AN ANGEL'S TOSSED TO YOU.

Finally, we have a survey online shortly about the Mynah Service. Last Durbs, we asked What condition is our City Durbs in? The majority of respondents (38,5%) felt that Durban was filthy disgusting and a mess while 10,4% felt it was Filthy. 33.4% felt it was Pristine however! We hope the City Council takes note!
